The given prices are in Euros, per person, per month.
The annual rent is divided in 10 equal monthly payments.
The internet including WLAN-Access is obligatory and costs 63,00 €/person/academic year.
A deposit of 150,00 € is to be paid when moving in.
The duration of the contract complies with the academic year in Salzburg
The weekly cleaning of the rooms is included in the prices.

Full board € 259.- breakfast Mo-Fr, lunch and dinner Mo-Th
Certainly students are also welcomed to take advantage of the offer to have a freshly cooked meal. Fresh meals are prepared daily by our cooks from Monday to Thursday.
